Add pipe weathering as a texture

The new weathered pipe assets is incredible! Some of the best detail I've seen.

I'd love to have the weathering as its own texture that we can apply on top of all sorts of surfaces (metal, stone, etc) to create an aged, worn-down, and weathered look.
