Add Color Adjustments to Layer Settings

Being able to add color adjustments to entire layers would be extremely useful to many different types of maps. For example, if someone is trying to make a cave map and they need to adjust the brightness on the lowest layer, they have to go into their textures and tweak every single one of the used textures. With this feature, they would be able to go into the Layer Settings and be able to adjust the the entire layer's brightness there.

Adding something like this would be useful is a variety of maps in most, if not all styles and would assist in making the map-making process go smoother.

    Add Color Adjustments/Controls to Layers

Adding color adjustment options to entire layers would be incredibly helpful across many types of maps. For example, when working on a cave map, if someone needs to darken the lowest layer, they currently have to manually tweak every individual texture used. With this feature, they could simply open the Layer Settings and adjust the brightness for the whole layer at once.

This kind of tool would be useful in a wide range of maps, regardless of style, and would go a long way toward making the map-making process smoother and more efficient.

This would be very helpful especially for building depth with layers which is something I've been trying out. having HSBC options for each entire layer like this is something I would upvote several times if I could.

The need is emphasized beacuse of not being able to select everything in a layer and giving them HSBC values (stamps, lines, shapes and groups wont work the same)
