Add city templates to the "Templates" section

Add a variety of city maps, I feel cities tend to be a difficult challenge for newcomers, and providing templates could help. I would also encourage to make sure maps have different styles used, so that we don’t get 3 water color city maps, but maybe 2 water color, and 1 regional. To assist learning different styles.
