A way to Toggle ALL shadows types off

I have been finding more and more that I'm turning shadows off nearly everything or I have to adjust them because the values such as blur and distance are not intuitive anymore.

Sometimes the values are 0.4 for shadow intensity while others similar have 0.6 or 0.5

Some show up as custom and some show up as default.

I would love the option to turn off all custom, default, and layer shadows each with a toggle.

This would also be so helpful so I don't have to go in and change all layer settings to zero and hope it sticks.
