Restore Firefox support

For those of us who don't want to deal with Chromium's issues and complete disregard for privacy, Firefox is the only real option remaining, yet you've dropped support for it. Please reconsider.

Firefox has undergone several updates in the past few months, introducing numerous bugs and issues that have significantly degraded its performance.
Until Firefox resolves these issues, we are unable to make improvements in this regard. Consequently, we have decided to withdraw official support. You are welcome to continue using Firefox, but please note that we will not be able to assist with any problems that may arise.
We hope to reinstate support for Firefox in the future.

I, like many people prefer not to use chromium-based web-browsers. It would help immensely if you build a fully functional website.

Anonymous +1 for Firefox support. I've been using it on Firefox on Linux to make World maps, and it works okay. The problem for me are script incompatibilities...
There's a "yield" keyword used in one script in a way FF doesn't like.
They select the old style WEBGL_debug renderer which FF doesn't want to support any more.
There's a bunch of glyph ids that it doesn't recognise.
The site is in CSS1 compatibility mode (probably needs a tweak to a newer version).
But otherwise it works just fine for making world maps. Making encounter maps is the tricky part, as the canvas object doesn't update. That just seems to be an incompatibility, that causes the renderer not to draw.
It feels very much like, with some work, they could make FF work again. However, as I'm on Linux, it's one click to install Opera, so I'm not all that bothered with needing to have one more browser just to run Inkarnate. I'll just set up a "WebApp" on the desktop to launch Inkarnate.com in Opera. But it is an annoyance, and might turn people off who just try it on Firefox without reading the fine print.

Firefox Support

It is absolutely unacceptable that I pay money and you don't support Firefox. All the supported browsers are Chromium. Firefox has a much larger user base than Opera and Brave (Brave? really? Who's even heard of that?)
I won't be continuing to pay if Firefox continues to be unsupported.

I can understand, however recent firefox updates made our tool unstable. This is our of our hands. We hope that firefox will improve in future updates, so we can continue support for it.

Philipp now that it is 2025, is the Firefox compatibility still on the top of the list?

Chiming in to add my support to this, as the only other real option in the market aside from Chromium it's unacceptable to not support it.

Please reconsider this change, I am likely to move to an alternative map creator if you do not support the browser that I use, I will consider this at next renewal

I've tried using Brave, but it seems to randomly fail saving for no apparent reason. I don't want to use a browser that's designed around privacy violations. I'm still on Firefox, regardless of the warning, and I find the tool to be very usable.

Instead of warning that your browser is not supported, please work on fixing support for firefox. Or make a PC native app. Its bad for me to always have to switch browser just for one website/application.

The issues are not on our side, but on firefox itself. There is nothing we can do about it.
