Randomized selection

I would love to be able to select a randomized amount of assets in the right panel catalogue using filters. E.g. : select at random 732 grass stamps in the mass of 2000 grass stamps to slightly alter their hue and make the map look more chaotic and natural. It's very useful for plant life in general but could be used for interiors as well. Let's say I made a custom floor using the plank asset and want to turn a chunk of said planks into a slightly browner hue and lower saturation.

Select Every X Object from Group

In addition to Select All of similar stamps, it would be great to be able to select every other/third/fourth object. This would simplify adding variation to similar objects after placement (i.e., to change size and HSBC sliders to provide variety within a forest or gravel or plants or similar).

Is your intention a random selection like here: https://feedback.inkarnate.com/feature-requests/p/randomized-selection
or do you want specifically every X objects, which might create patterns in the selection?

Philipp: These two requests could be merged - my goal is the same: to increase the variation in stamps in a manner that appears random.
If the feature gave me every X, I would select every 2nd then 3rd then 4th to tweak scale, do the same for single dimensions of HSBC. If there was an offset to the starting point, my hope was this method would increase range of variation in a manner that appears random. Random selection would do same (especially if truly random). Either way, I'd end up overwriting some of the prior changes - but that's perfectly fine.
