The ability to have sliders that set a given stamp's maximum and minimum scale. When used with the area slider, it would fill the given space with stamps within that scale range.

(i.e With the minimum slider set to 40 and the maximum slider set to 60 on a World Map tree stamp, the area used for multi-placement would be filled with tree stamps with a scale of anything between 40 and 60)
