Color Setting Variance in Multi-Placement Tool
S
Spacetime200
The ability to create color variance when placing multiple stamps. Underneath the current multi-placement features, there would be a minimum/maximum slider for each color setting. The stamps randomly pick a value for each color setting when using the area feature. (i.e placing a world map tree stamp with the min/max sliders for hue set to -30/20, the trees placed would have a hue value between -30 and 20)

We will implement a Jitter modal where the range of randomization of several properties can be adjusted.

Color variation in Random Stamps for Trees
O
Omer
I would like to create Autumn Trees in varying colors in area stamping. Sadly, only one color is possible (for Area stamps, random trees). To achieve the same result, I tried painting with green first, then orange trees after, but painting orange over green doesn't look nice as they weren't stamped in same time. So, addition of varying color hues (such as yellow, orange, red, green) in one stamp would be wonderful. Attached Image is example trees from BattleBrothers game.

I could definitely use this especially for autumn color trees where you don't want every tree to be the exact shade of orange, some red, some yellow.

Hue jitter for auto-placing mass objects (i.e. trees)

While the newer assets do a better job of including some hue variation in their stamps, a nice option in the "auto-placement" section would be for a selectable hue jitter. This would relieve some of the monotony of placing hundreds of trees, bushes, rocks, etc, that are all the exact same hue.
