Object Folders

To partition objects in separate folders (akin to Adobe Illustrator) so they can be neatly organized and named appropriately. Thus: instead of 5,000 "objects" and 1,000 of them simply "hills" could place 100 "hills" in a "Northern [region name]" folder, and another 300 in another, and the 400 in another, and so on.
Then ability to "Lock" folders and only affect those in a folder, rather than anything nearby.

You can create groups to do exactly this ;) We are also working on many group improvements.
Feel free to make posts for other ideas you have, but the folders are possible with groups already.

Philipp While groups technically do this, it's not very obvious. From a new user's perspective, groups felt very restrictive. For a long time, I did not know you could double-click a group to edit individual objects in the group without applying the change to every object. I would prefer if the UI for groups looked more like Milacku's mock-up, where the objects could all be displayed together but with clear indentation and folder-like icons, rather than being obscured in a different view and using an unclear box icon with circles on its corners.
