Make the Brushtool easier to find on the map

Make the line around the Brush tool darker and thicker. It's hard to distinguish it from the background of the map, especially if you have bad eyesight.

Add to this - make the stamp tools easier to see. I cant even tell the shapes of the tools on the screen.
