I see that this exists now - holding Ctrl snaps to 15 degree increments while holding shift snaps to grid
Would just request that we keep the UI consistent - shift on PT1 snaps to vertical/horizontal - would keep Shift for that and move snap to grid to Control

This will be added, but maybe not with the Shift shortcut, since this toggles Snap to Grid.
Angle snap doesn't work with snap to grid, so we need to use a different modifier key for the guides (or Snap to Grid) strl/control is still free for example.
