The different special effects should be able to be added regardless of what map style I choose the same way I can bring in stamps from any map style. The world, regional, and isometric maps have very limited effect overlay options :(

Hi, do you mean the effect stamps like Fire and Lightning, or Scene Filters like God Rays or a color filter?

Philipp: scene filters like god rays and color filters. Fire and lightning stamps are already accessible that way.
