We will be able to upload our own fonts we buy from other places to this?

The whole reason I wanted custom fonts was so I could select font files directly from my computer. I both have plenty of fun commercial use fonts downloaded that aren’t available in something like Google Fonts, and make my own fonts! Will this be supported?

We will open up to select and favorite all google fonts.
Potentially, we can include other font libraries that allow commercial use, let us know in the comments if you know any.

Support for Cyrillic Extended Fonts
N
Nila
Most of the available fonts on Inkarnate do not recognize Cyrillic Extended, which poses a challenge for creators who wish to use these characters in their maps. As it stands, all fonts, except for one, default to a single style when inputting Cyrillic Extended.
Some examples from the Google Fonts:
- "Philosopher", Designed by Jovanny Lemonad;
- "Advent Pro" by Andreas Kalpakidis;
- "Alegreya" by Juan Pablo del Peral & Huerta Tipográfica;
- "Bad Script" by Gaslight; - "Comforter" by Robert Leuschke;
- "Jura" by Daniel Johnson & Cyreal;
- "Lobster" by Impallari Type;
- "Marck Script" by Denis Masharov;
- "Old Standard TT" by Alexey Kryukov;
- "Oranienbaum" by Oleg Pospelov & Jovanny Lemonad;
- "Pattaya" by Cadson Demak;
- "Rubik Wet Paint" by NaN & Luke Prowse;
- "Ubuntu Mono" by Dalton Maag.
If you would like to see examples with text, I can provide pictures with phrases in these fonts (or all fonts that support Ukrainian, as an example of Cyrillic Extended) from Google Fonts.

Yes, it would be great if we could add text in Ukrainian language in beautiful fonts.
Otherwise, I'm very happy with Inkarnate. I used it to create a very intricate map for a D&D town for my friends in Ukraine, when they were staying in my town as refugees from the fighting.
