Having trouble placing multiple buildings on your city maps? We just added some highly requested features that make everything easy.
Easily place multiple building stamps on your map by simply dragging the mouse.
Now you can use our Area and Density sliders in the Watercolor Cities style to place multiple buildings and blocks in an area at once. You can find these sliders in the Advanced Settings of the Stamp Tool.
Notes:
Previously
Until now, each stamp and stamp set had a set mode for placement. Depending on the object, you could either place a single object with a click, or you could drag the mouse to place multiple. In the first case, the object was also auto-selected after placement.
This changes today
Notes:
You can find these options in the Advanced Settings on our Stamp Tool.
You can now hide individual object layers from the right panel.
With this feature, you can easily hide or show objects that are in the same layer. This includes text labels and paths, allowing you to easily export map variations, like for example a version of your map without the text or without paths.
As always, thank you for your feedback and suggestions. We hope the new additions assist you in creating city maps with more ease, and that the new placement toggles and layer visibility options help you optimize your overall workflow.
