The sub-menus on Inkarnate's map editor such as Stamp Tool and Brush Tool do not display the full tool menu and no longer have a sliding bar to scroll down. I assume this would not be a problem for those that use a larger screen (maybe also those using a mouse), but with my laptop I cannot access core functions of Inkarnate now.
