How to reproduce it:
  • have stamps with shadows on the map
  • set Base Color to transparent
the result is that the shadows get moved out of position (see screenshot).
I would expect that changing to transparent the Base Color wouldn't affect the stamps shadows.
I've tested both in Chrome and Opera and the bug can be reproduced in both browsers.
