When a broken map is recovered and the mask is changed and undone, the map reverts to the pre-recovery state.
Steps to reproduce
  1. Load map.
  2. Run recovery.
  3. Select the mask tool.
  4. Change the mask.
  5. Select the undo button.
Expected
: The mask change should be the only thing that is undone.
Actual
: The map reverts to the pre-recovered state.
