Commenting for visibility, I love parchment style so an overhaul would be the best thing

For trees, we could especially use mushrooms, magical trees and world trees!

We also need some underwater stamps! Reefs, kelp forests, shells. We have underwater stamps in the battlemaps, but if we want to make a large-scale undersea map, no luck!
You could look at the map of Vashj'ir from WoW for inspiration!

Parchment style needs more love!
By the way, it's really satisfying (though a bit expensive) to make a parchment style world map and then have it printed on canvas!
Sadly, I was able to do it with only one of my regions - the lack of non-European stamps is a big hurdle.

Anonymous Absolutely agree on the lack of non-european stamps. We need eastern stamps (Chinese palaces, Japanese castles, pagodas, Buddhist temples, etc.), native stamps (Aztec and Inca cities), african buildings (not just Egyptian, but Timbuktu too)!
