Appropriate tatami mats

With the release of the new Eastern set, after looking through it, I noticed there are no appropriate tatami mats, the configurations of the suggested maps are wrong, and there's no mat to build a conventional traditional japanese home. Tatami mats should be 2x1 on width, and are arranged in a specific way for traditional japanese buildings.

Unfortunately with the way our texture sizes work, we are unable to provide this request.
Philipp
We do have a tatami mats texture and a stamp set.
Is your request to have an individual piece?

Philipp: An Individual piece would be good for oddly shaped rooms (See my comment about NP-completeness). Also, I think the aspect ratio on the tatami mat stamps is a bit off.

Philipp: yes. Also, the ratio of the existing stamp is wrong. It's not 2x1

Philipp: I found myself back in this. I did some measuring and it seems that the tatami mats' aspect ratio on the three mat stamp is about 1.8 x 1.
It seems neither OP or I mentioned it but the traditional way to lay tatami mats out is so all the intersections are "T" shaped. For instance, in the tiled example in the first image, the corners of the stamps form a cross shape. The same with the rightmost one in your second image.

It might be a bit difficult to make a brush texture. Apparently it is NP-complete to determine whether a room has an "Appropriate" tatami configuration.
Still, it shouldn't be difficult to come up with a proper 2x1 tatami stamp.

Haemocyte: i came up with it using a bedroll but it's not perfect, and the eastern set should have it
