"Upload Custom Asset" Not Working in the Stroke Catalog of the Line and Shape Tool

When in a map, in the stroke catalog of the line and shape tool, clicking "Upload Custom Asset" gives no response. Strokes can still be uploaded via Art Manager, but the drop-down option within the map application seems to be a "dead link".
