Explore Page Dropdown Menus Move Off Screen When Scrolling

The explore page dropdown menus move off screen when scrolling down the page. This is inconsistent with the maps page, which has its dropdown menus attached to a top toolbar.

Steps to Reproduce:

• From the main maps page, click on explore

• Click on either dropdown menu (Recent or All)

• Scroll down the page
