Drawing Tablet Zoom/Pan/etc fix

While using drawing tablet, Inkarnate does not recognize pen position as mouse position, so zoom happens to the last recorded mouse position, instead of active position of the pen, that also makes panning impossible, as it does not recognize position of pen as mouse.

Could be an issue with particular brand support, im using XP-Pen tablet, driver version 4.0.14
