Ctrl-Clicking Performs Normal Click on Lines & Shapes in Object List

In the object list, Ctrl-clicking will sometimes perform a normal click on lines or shapes if the line or shape tool is selected. This is more easily visible with deselecting.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select the line tool and create 2 lines

2. Ctrl-select both lines in the object list

3. Continue to Ctrl-click one of the lines until the other deselects without being clicked

Expected: Ctrl-clicking should only effect the clicked object.

Actual: Ctrl-clicking will sometimes act as a normal click. In this case it deselects the object that wasn't clicked, but doesn't deselect the clicked object.
