Cannot reorder stamps within the same layer on Fantasy Regional maps

Hi Inkarnate team,

I've encountered an issue with reordering stamps on Fantasy Regional maps.

When I try to change the order of stamps within the same object layer, nothing happens. I cannot move them up or down in the Objects panel using any of the available methods:

• Keyboard shortcuts

• Move Up / Move Down commands in the context menu

• Dragging and dropping stamps within the Objects list

The important thing is that I cannot even change the order of the items in the Objects panel itself. This is not just a visual issue with how stamps overlap on the map.

Everything works correctly on Fantasy Battlemap maps. The problem only occurs on Fantasy Regional maps.

Is this an intentional limitation of Fantasy Regional maps, or is it a bug?

Thank you!
