Make a Suggestion button in Catalog leads to Page not found

The Make A Suggestion button in the catalog when a search results 0 matches leads to a page not found link and not to the feedback board.

    I have the same problem: I’m pretty sure there is a missing slash “/” after “https:” which leads the browser to treat the link as a subpath of the current page
