Join the Inkarnate team in a full-time, remote QA role. We value individuals with a sharp eye for detail who are committed to enhancing our product by identifying and addressing software issues.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure features align with specified requirements and designs.
• Find, investigate, and report product issues with clear, reproducible steps.
• Work directly with customers who report bugs, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved.
• Regularly review the application for regression issues and recommend areas of improvement to boost user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively operate in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with Inkarnate is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing is a plus.
• US candidates preferred.
