Uploading offline backup breaks custom layers.

Map crashed (I submitted a report on it), and when I loaded the offline backup, the layers were reset. Enabling custom layers again broke the layering off the map and generated it into the preset custom layer options (2-3 object layers instead of the 4 I was using)
