The Tilt-Shift Filter has no Delete button and appears to have the bottom of the Tab cut off.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select the Filter-Tool

2. Click Add New Filter

3. Select the Tilt-Shift Filter

Expected: There should be a Delete button at the bottom of the Tab.

Actual: There is no Delete button and the bottom appears cut off.
