Texture Preview Flicker

After the most recent update, the texture preview will flicker when trying to adjust size or hsbc.

Im not sure how to recreate the bug, but I believe it has something to do with the most recent explorer update.

A video that shows this happening can be found in the bug report channel on the discord. The video shows the flickering happening on both Brave and Chrome. Issue persists after cache clear on both browsers.
