Text on top

It would be useful to be able to make text on top of everything.

For example on a map that has the Tilt Effect the text will always be under the effect.

It is the same with a logo … that would be useful also but I dont know where to add that request or if there is one already made.

I use text instead of a logo on my maps and It would be awesome to be able to add that in inkarnate on top of everything.
