Stamp Density Placement Affected by Objects in Groups

Typical Behavior: using this setting places stamps at the location in the density designated; however, it there is already an object on the layer the tool will take that object into consideration and not place more stamps if the density setting is satisfied.

Atypical behavior: if a group exists on the canvas and is full of objects, it appears that objects within that group on the same layer as the stamp tool will be taken into consideration when placing stamps. This seems counter to typical behavior of group stamps to act instanced within their group and not affect things outside the group.

Example:

Group A (on layer 1) contains stamps on layer 3 within the group. Placing a stamp outside of group A on layer 3 with the density setting will not be allowed as if the group was actually on layer 3.
