Shape tools - More "organics" roofs for "Modular buildings"

The roof shape tool is very useful to make custom block for cities. But sometimes it needs some details like roof windows or chimney and this take a lots of times manually. I think it could be done automatically like noble modular buidling are with a lots of details.
