Selecting "All Objects in Set " Option Not Available for Some Objects

Some objects from sets no longer show an option for selecting all objects from the same set (the "select all objects like this" is still there). Other objects from sets still have the option, so I'm guessing it is something to do with the specific sets.

I've noticed this for the lily pads, bushes, and fairy pumpkins from the Fantasy Regional maps.
