Saving/Embedding

I love the map making, but the save and embed functions are worthless. Anytime I go to save a map, I have to shut off my VPN to make it work. I even added it to split tunneling, and it still doesnt work. Have a similar issue when I try to use the embed function. when I paste the generated link, I get an error that there is nothing there. I signed up for pro so I could use the map in Campfire, but if I cant use any of the functions I need to use, it's not worth the subscription. I need to know how I can get a refund of my annual payment.
