Resize Map Options Menu Missing

After the recent update, the context menu that indicates the number of rows and columns when resizing a map is no longer present. This makes resizing maps difficult. I use 21x37 for the TV table I use and I cannot resize on old map to fit.

Not sure if this is intentional.
