Redo brush strokes doesn't restore the newest Stroke

Creating multiple brush strokes, undoing to the initial state, and redoing a middle step, doesn't redo the clicked step.

Steps

• Select the Brush Tool and create 3 brush strokes

• Undo to the initial state

• Open the History panel and redo the second brush stroke.
