Portion of the line tool's stroke stamp not rendering when exporting map

When exporting my map in any format a portion of the stroke stamp of the line tool does not render and just leaves a black border. All the other stroke stamps are visible and they were all made on the same layer. The missing section is visible while I'm actively editing the map.
