Portals Appearing on Wrong Portion of Shapes

If a shape with many portals has a portion removed from the center, adding portals to the center walls will adjust portals of the outer walls instead.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Select the shape tool and create a large shape

• Subtract a portion from the center of the shape

• Select the portal sub-tool and create many portals on the outer shape walls

• Create portals on the inner walls
