Placing a stamp in a hidden layer unhides the layer

When a stamp is placed in a hidden layer, the layer is unhidden.

Steps to reproduce

  • Select the Stamp Tool and place an asset.

  • Hide the layer

  • Place another stamp in the same layer.

Expected: The layer stays hidden.

Actual: The layer is unhidden
