Some Opacity values have a minimum of 0.01 instead of 0. Here's a list of all places it is 0.01:

• Color

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any of the above mentioned Tools

2. Open the above mentioned corresponding panels

3. Reduce Opacity to minimum value

Expected: Opacity should have a minimum value of 0.

Actual: Opacity has a minimum value of 0.01 in all the above mentioned areas.
