Older maps not loading correctly

Hello - Some of my older maps have stopped loading correctly - When I open them it says they are being upgraded and when it loads it seems to be missing a layer. https://inkarnate.com/maps/edit/2123226 as an example. In the bar on the right it looks like the vision for the top layer is turned off - but toggling it does not change the visiblity
