If you select something from the top of the Object List, then scroll down, selecting something from the bottom of the Object List will scroll it back to the top.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select the Stamp Tool

2. Place Stamps to build up a long Object List

3. Select a Stamp at the top of the Object List

4. Scroll down and select a Stamp from the bottom of the Object List

Expected: Object List should remain at its current position.

Actual: Object List scrolls to the top when selecting the lower Stamp.
