The Top-Bar Popups for Color/Shadow in the Text and Path Tools don't have Pin buttons to click.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select either Text Tool or Path Tool

2. Click the Color or Shadow buttons on the Top-Bar

Expected: There should be Pin buttons on the bar popups.

Actual: Pin buttons for the following popups is missing:

• Brush Tool: Color

• Text Tool: Color, Shadow

• Path Tool: Color, Shadow
