Mask & Brush Tool Previews Don't Update Properly When Resizing With Alt

Holding Alt and resizing a mask or brush tool preview causes the preview to update incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Select the mask or brush tool

• Select one of the shape sub-tools (rectangle for example)

• Draw a preview

• Hold Alt and drag the preview from one of its corners
