"Make a Suggestion" button in the catalog isn't working

When I searched the catalog and there was no such item, it came up with a page that said, "Oops! We can't seem to find what you're looking for. Make a suggestion and help us improve." Under that, I clicked the yellow button "Make a Suggestion" and it brought me to an error page saying, "Page not found. This page does not exist or is no longer available." Please fix the link to that the "Make a Suggestion" button goes to. Thank you.
