Longer error message popup

It would be handy to have error messages hang around for a little longer during testing. Specifically the errors for failing to export that popup out of the top right corner and vanish quickly. I missed it and after spending some time looking for my exported composite I tried to export again and caught it the second time.

Possibly even make them click to acknowledge while features are in early access.
