Keep 'Expand All Stamp Sets' expanded

The new stamp tool is cool and all, but stamp sets don't stay expanded if you search a different term, even if you don't exit the asset search screen.
The old asset tool used to do this, and it's annoying to repeatedly keep clicking 'Expand All Stamp Sets' over and over.
