How to delete a custom art asset, like a stamp

When I look up how to do this online, all the instructions say to use the art manager. But you have to be a pro user to access that. Do you mean to tell me that as a standard subscription user, I can create and upload custom assets, but I can't actually remove those?!?!?! That's absurd. Tell me there is a way for someone that has the ability to create and upload an asset to actually remove that uploaded asset.
