Groups on hidden Object layers can still be selected

You can select Groups that are on a hidden Layer.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select the Stamp Tool and place 2 stamps.

  2. Select and Group them.

  3. Hide Layer 1 in the right panel.

  4. Hover over the hidden Group

Expected: Hidden Groups should not be selectable.

Actual: Hidden Groups can be selected.
