Groups Can Be Selected While Group Selecting Is Toggled Off

When group selecting is toggled off in the select tool, groups can still be selected through the scene as long as the entities within the group are selectable (stamp/text/line/ect).

Steps to Reproduce:

• Select the stamp tool

• Place 2 stamps

• Select the select tool and group the stamps

• Right click to deselect the group

• Toggle off group selection from the top bar

• Select the group from the scene
